With the many state and federal laws regulating the industry today (some changing quarterly), it is very important you have a seasoned, experienced, and knowledgeable property management team providing professional oversight. With each new client we are excited to take the challenge to earn your trust through our personal oversight of your investment, our diligent work ethic, our transparency, and our detailed accounting.

  1. Relationship building: Relationships are so important to us. Our property owners and staff are partners working together so both recognizes a benefit. We have some clients that have “partnered” with us and we have continued to manage their investments for over 2 decades.
  2. Accurate accounting of your funds. We provide monthly statements with “line by line” accounting of funds, and utilize CPA oversight for “as needed” account reviews. Your monthly statement is made available to you on line 24/7. Your end of year accounting duties and tax reporting are made easy with the reports and forms we provide. 
  3. Maximize return on your investment: Our aggressive marketing plans always put us in one position; more potential tenants than available rentals. We consistently keep our client’s vacancy ratios below other management groups during the lean. We constantly monitor rents and rental market data so we can make positive rent adjustments as markets allow. We also inform you of maintenance items that need your attention to keep your investment in top condition for better rental rates or sale. 
  4. Comprehensive property documentation: We complete thorough and complete pre-move in, annual lease renewal and move out inspections with documentation photos in the report. We also do in lease term property reviews. The reports are recorded in digital data files and are made available for our client’s review upon request through their owner portal. 
  5. Improved asset building and asset management for investors: The owner of Home Rental Pros was a stated certified appraiser for over 2 decades and continues as state certified contractor. His investment counseling and suggestions has led many of our clients to build respectable investment portfolios. He also makes himself available to advise our clients as to remodeling that can maximize a return on overall cost. Updated properties typically lead to better rent rates, faster occupancy, thus higher monetary returns on investment over the holding period. Some of our investor clients have had our owner contractor build new middle-income homes for investment rentals. The owner is always available to our staff for any maintenance issues that may affect your rental being safe, sound, and sanitary. 
  6. Attorney oversight: We have attorneys available to our staff that specializes in F.S. 83 (landlord tenant law). They maintain our leases to be current with all state laws, provide our staff with as needed council on major tenant issues/concerns, they provide eviction oversight, and provide council for ongoing vague state and federal laws affecting tenancy. (I.E: Service animals, companion animals, and felony tenants)
  7. Improved communication: Communication avenues for you to communicate with our staff are made available via text, in-line chat, e-mail, phone, push notifications to mobile devices, and portals made available on this website. 


From time to time, we have found some homeowners and investors reluctant to turn over such assets to a management company based on poor experiences with a lesser-qualified management groups or just feel they just don’t need a property manager. Note, in today’s ever-changing state and federal fair housing regulations, state and federal anti-discrimination laws, and Florida F.S. 83 statutes for landlords, you owe it to yourself to partner with our management team.
