Pet Policy

The owners of the home/unit set the criteria and limitations as to allowing or not allowing pets. Please refer to listing information for the property of interest. All animals living at the property are required to complete a screening. Go to "Tenants", then to "Animal Application" to complete this portion of the application process. Pets are required to pay a $20 application fee for the 1st pet and $15 application fee for each additional pet. Service and ESA animals do not have an application fee but are required to submit the application with proper documentation. 

If owners approve pets, non-refundable pet fees are $325.

(NOTE: this is a “FEE”). Fees are the exchange for a pet to be at the property, they are NOT refundable. “FEES” are NOT “DEPOSITS”. Also, refer to insurance restricted breeds as they are never allowed. We adhere to the Federal Regulations as to ESA and service animals, but a prescription from a current tending physician (with 24 months) must be provided.
