1. Show our rentals. We have worked with many Realtors through the years who have shown our available rentals and we gladly compensate them for a qualifying tenant and a successfully leased property. 
2. During more bear real estate market cycles, listed properties can fail to sell in a timely manner and owners become pinched due to the need to get the home rented to offset mortgage cost, or you may have a client who wants to rent for a while for an anticipated future bull real estate market to get a higher price. Realtors have referred those owners to us for management, those Realtors can rest easy knowing that any client they refer to us will continue to be their client. There is compensation to you for the rental referral, and if at any time owners decide to sell, we will send them back to you.
3. We have also seen life changes in Realtors who may have a personal investment portfolio of Rental properties and no longer want to be absorbed with the heavy, time demand that property management duties require. They have decided it is time for travel, family, and fun. We have become their management choice and provide them the peace of mind they deserve. 
4. We have purchased management companies or rental division of Real Estate companies through the years. We also know Realtors who are doing property management for a small select group such as friends and family or even small portfolio management for investors. Due to life changes or burn out, they no longer want the responsibility. We have lawyer prepared purchase agreements and make those transfers of property management agreements easy due to our experience in acquisition process. Many Realtors or management groups have chosen us for such transactions due to our experience, longevity in the industry, and family-based business. They are comfortable knowing that our family business will continue taking care of their family, friends, and clients as they have. 
5. We have Realtors who know of small property management companies that have decided to make those life changes and sell their business. We have the knowledge and experience to enter in to purchase agreements for PMA contracts with companies that desire to sell. Bring us those opportunities and earn a commission.
